RESOLUTION ABOLISHING FULL-TIME ZONING ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
RESOLUTION NO. 400, 1992

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is currently
reorganizing the Planning, Zoning and Building & Codes Departments,
and, as part of that reorganization, has decided to eliminate the
full-time position of Zoning Administrator and assign the duties
and responsibilities of the same to another Department Head, who
shall, in addition to all other duties and responsibilities
previously assigned thereto, act as the Zoning Administrator for
the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
abolishes the position of full-time Zoning Administrator for the
Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
assigns the duties, responsibilities and authority of Zoning
Administrator to Robert M. Parisi, Executive Director, such duties,
responsibilities and authority to be undertaken and exercised in
addition to all previous duties and responsibilities assigned to
the position of Executive Director. There shall be no additional
compensation for this assignment.
