RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT PLANNER

WHEREAS, the position of Assistant Planner has previously been
created in the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, in
accordance with the Civil Service Law, hereby appoints Scott
Harlicker as Assistant Planner at an annual salary of $23,500
prorated to be paid from Account #1-8020-1610. Said appointment to
commence September 8, 1992, said appointment to be provisional in
accordance with the Civil Service Laws and carry a probationary
period in accordance with a letter to be sent to the appointee by
the Town Supervisor.
Duly adopted this 24th day of August, 1992, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mr. Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Goetz,
Mr. Brandt
