RESOLUTION REGARDING HILAND PARK
CHAPTER 11 PROCEEDINGS
RESOLUTION NO. 481, 92

WHO MOVED IT'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has received notice that it
maybe eligible for appointment to the Unsecured Creditors Committee
in the matter of Hiland Park's application under Chapter 11 of the
Bankruptcy Code,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to complete such forms as may be necessary and take all
steps that may be necessary to apply, on behalf of the Town of
Queensbury, for an appointment to the Unsecured Creditors
Committee, with the designation of the contact persons, etc. to be
in the discretion of the Town Supervisor, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor and Town Attorney are
authorized and directed to file such proof of claims as may be
necessary to protect the interest of the Town in Hiland Park's
Chapter 11 Proceedings.
Duly adopted this 2nd day of September, 1992, by the following
vote:
