RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF
OIL-FIRED HOT WATER BOILER AT QUEENSBURY TOWN COURT
RESOLUTION NO. 495, 92

WHEREAS, A. Peter Brault, Town Building & Grounds
Superintendent, sent a letter to prospective bidders for the
purchase and installation of an oil-fired hot water boiler for the
Queensbury Town Court Building, a copy of said letter being
presented at this meeting, and
WHEREAS, Kenneth F. Celeste Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has
submitted the lowest bid for the aforementioned purchase and
installation services, (a copy of their proposal being presented to
this meeting), and
WHEREAS, Mr. A. Peter Brault, has recommended that the bid be
awarded to the aforesaid bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury,
Warren County, New York, hereby awards the bid for the purchase and
installation of an oil-fired hot water boiler for the Queensbury
Town Court Building to Kenneth F. Celeste Plumbing & Heating, Inc.,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that said services are to be paid for from the Air
Cond. & Furnace Repairs Account, #01-1620-4650-0024.
Duly adopted this 14th day of September, 1992, by the
following vote:
