RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT PLANNER
RESOLUTION NO. 517, 92

WHEREAS, the position of Assistant Planner has previously been
created in the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, in
accordance with the Civil Service Law, hereby appoints Arlyne
Ruthschild as Assistant Planner at an annual salary of $23,500.
prorated to be paid from Account #1-8020-1610. Said appointment to
commence as soon as possible, said appointment to be provisional in
accordance with the Civil Service Laws and carry a probationary
period in accordance with the letter to be sent to the appointee by
the Town Supervisor.
Duly adopted this 21st. day of September, 1992 by the following
