WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano
Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
grants a two year extension of time in which to hookup the
residence to the sewer line provided, however, that in the event
that the residence is sold or leased the hookup shall be
immediately on such sale or lease and the remaining period of time
if any shall expire at that time.
Duly adopted this 28th day of September, 1992, by the following
