RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETURN OF APPLICATION FEE

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Mr. Harold Raven was previously advised to apply to
the Planning Board for subdivision approval and submitted certain
applications, paid application fees in the amount of $110.00,
mailed certified notices, had certain engineering work performed
and paid certain legal fees in connection with said application,
and
WHEREAS, following the submission, Mr. Harold Raven was
advised that it was not necessary to obtain Planning board approval
and, as a result thereof, Mr. Raven has requested an adjustment to
the recreation fee that is due and owing as a result of the
expenses incurred by Mr. Raven,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the return of the application fee of $110.00 to Mr.
Raven, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to
make the necessary payment.
