RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN SUPERVISOR TO SIGN
PERMIT FOR THE NYS DEPT. OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION
REGARDING SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION ON STATE ROUTE 254, RIVER ST.

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of constructing a sidewalk on State Route 254, River Street, in the
Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain a permit from the New York
State Department of Environmental Conservation in order to
construct said sidewalk,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor of the Town of
Queensbury to sign the permit for the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation regarding the construction of a sidewalk
on State Route 254, River Street, Queensbury, and any and all
future applications, permits, vouchers, bills, and checks in
connection with the installation of said sidewalk.
Duly adopted this 19th day of October, 1992, by the following
vote:
