Dear Dave:
This is to inform you that I have made a structural inspection of the new (Phase 2) self storage
buildings at the referent facility. These were visual inspections to make sure that all structural
members were installed and spot checks of the bolted connections to determine if all of the bolts
were present and had been tightened.
During my inspection I did not observe any missing structural members, loose connections of
missing blots. Therefore, based upon my inspection I believe that the storage buildings have been
erected in accordance with structural code requirements.
