WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

RESOLVED, that the previous resolution adopted by the Town Board
denying the variance request by Mr. Carr on behalf of the
Queensbury Factory Outlet Plaza is hereby modified to indicate that
the request is approved to the extent of granting an additional
time period until November 16th, 1992 and thereafter the denial of
the variance will be effective from that date forth.
