RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR REVOCABLE PERMIT
TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF MOBILE HOME COURT

WHEREAS, Mr. George M. Mabb has previously filed an
application for a "Mobile Home Outside a Mobile Home Court" Permit,
in accordance with subparagraph 2, paragraph 13, of §113-12 of the
Code of the Town of Queensbury, to locate a mobile home at property
situated at Upper Sherman Avenue, Howard Street Extension,
Queensbury, New York, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
finds that the application of Mr. George M. Mabb is satisfactory,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, pursuant to subparagraph 2, paragraph 13, of §113-12
of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, the Town Board of the Town
of Queensbury hereby authorizes the Town Clerk of the Town of
Queensbury to grant a revocable permit to locate a mobile home
outside a mobile home court, allowing Mr. George M. Mabb to place a
mobile home on property located at Upper Sherman Avenue, Howard
Street Extension, Queensbury, New York, for a period of one year
from the date of this resolution.
