RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN SUPERVISOR TO EXECUTE PETROLEUM BULK
STORAGE APPLICATION

WHEREAS, A. Peter Brault, Building and Grounds Superintendent,
has advised that it is necessary for the Town of Queensbury to
renew its Petroleum Bulk Storage Application for the New York State
Department of Environmental Conservation, as the current
application is due to expire on November 16, 1992,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Petroleum
Bulk Storage Application, a copy of which has been presented at
this meeting, and any other related papers or documents to
effectuate said application, and for Mr. Brault to then return the
completed form and required fee to the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation.
