RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE
ROUTE 254 SIDEWALKS BETWEEN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND
KUBRICKY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.

RESOLVED, that the Town Boad of the Town of Queensbury hereby
ratifies the execution of the sidewalk contract by the Town
Supervisor as consistent with the previous resolution awarding the
bid to Kubricky Construction Company, Inc., and the Town Clerk is
hereby authorized to place the Town of Queensbury's seal on the
document.
Duly adopted this 9th day of November, 1992, by the following
