RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO GENERAL CONTRACT - 1A
CONCERNING WATER TREATMENT PLANT ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
authorized and approved the award of a contract for the
construction of an administrative building for the Town of
Queensbury Water Department, and
WHEREAS, O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., has advised that
certain modifications are necessary on the project which require
review and approval of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of the modifications described in a letter dated October
30, 1992 from O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., and finds that the
previously authorized amount for the project will not be exceeded
by the changes, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Town of Queensbury, any change orders or
other documents that are necessary to accomplish the intent and
purposes of this resolution.
