RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING KUBRICKY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
TO PERFORM WORK OF ESTABLISHING TURF IN SPRINGTIME, 1993
CONCERNING THE ROUTE 254 SIDEWALKS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
authorized and approved the award of a contract for the
construction of certain sidewalks along River Street to the
Kubricky Construction Company, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has been
advised that due to weather conditions, it will not be possible to
accomplish the establishment of turf this fall,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
agrees that the contractor may perform the work of establishing the
turf in the springtime, as soon as weather permits, and at such
time as approved by the engineer, and the contractor will
therefore, not be considered in breach of the contract or subject
to any penalties, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Town of Queensbury, any change orders or
other documents that are necessary to accomplish the intent and
purposes of this resolution.
