RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEFENSE OF
COMBINED ARTICLE 78 AND DECLARATORY JUDGMENT ACTION

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has been
advised that an action has been commenced against the Town of
Queensbury, together with other defendants, by John Salvador and
Kathleen Salvador, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
arrange for the defense of said lawsuit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Attorney to defend the above captioned action
and the Town Supervisor for the Town of Queensbury is authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Town Board and the Town of Queensbury,
any Answers or other pleadings that may be necessary in said
action.
