DECOMMISSIONING OF WELLS AT LANDFILL

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute forms that have been
presented by DEC in connection with the decommissioning of the
wells at the landfill which forms would arrange for the ultimate
transfer of ownership of the wells to the Town of Queensbury.
