RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes a change be made a
proposed local law set forth for public hearing earlier this
evening concerning chapter 96, such that any references to Warren
Washington Resource Recovery Facility are now Adirondack and such
that the language in paragraph A, indicating the type of waste
accepted from the Adirondack Resource Recovery Facility ash which
will be subsequently processed into ROLITE.
Duly adopted this 11th day of January, 1993, by the
following vote:
AYES: Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Caimano,
Mr. Brandt
