RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME PERIOD ON REALISTATE CONTRACT

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has considered a
request by the Pyramid Company of Glens Falls to extend the closing
date on the realistate contract of purchase that was previously
entered into concerning the sale of certain properties adjacent to
the Mall property currently owned by the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid closing date and contingent date by which
the to satisfy contingencies was January 20th 1993, NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
determines, approves and agrees that an extension in which to close
and satisfy contingencies shall be March 31, 1993 and the Town
Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute a letter or agreement as
may be necessary to effectuate the terms and provisions of the
resolution.
