RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AND THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY
RESOLUTION NO. 75, 93

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury finds that
the Town does not employ a sewer service and that it is necessary
from time to time to obtain emergency call-in coverage, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of retaining the
services of Sanitary Sewer Service, and Sanitary Sewer Service is
desirous of providing services to the Town of Queensbury for
emergency call-in coverage for the sewer districts of the Town for
the 1993 calendar year, and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of the Agreement presented at this meeting and hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the annexed Agreement,
and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that any monies due in connection with said
Agreement shall be paid for from the Miscellaneous Contractual
Account (Account No. 032-8120-4400).
