RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPERVISOR TO EXECUTE ADIRONDACK PARK
AGENCY FORM REGARDING MICHEL DIPALMA

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has been
advised that Michael DiPalma has applied to the Adirondack Park
Agency for a permit in connection with the alteration of a dock on
Lake George, and
WHEREAS, the Adirondack Park Agency requires that a form be
completed by the Town, a copy of the same being annexed hereto, and
WHEREAS, the form has been reviewed by the Town Attorney and
the Executive Director of Planning, Zoning, and Building & Codes,
and may be sent to the Adirondack Park Agency, once authorized by
the Town Board and signed by the Town Supervisor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the Adirondack Park
Agency form on behalf of the Town of Queensbury, and send the same
to the Adirondack Park Agency.
Duly adopted this 18th day of January, 1993, by the following
vote:
