HINMAN, STRAUB, PIGORS & MANNING, P.C.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Attorney to retain the services of Hinman,
Straub, Pigors & Manning, P.C., as special counsel to the Town
Attorney regarding legal questions on arbitrage, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the cost of said services shall come from the
Town Attorney Miscellaneous Contractual Account No.: 001-1420-4400.
