RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION OF MR. CHARLES SICARD

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to
recognize Mr. Charles Sicard for his work as a member of the Town
of Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Sicard, a resident of the Town of
Queensbury, has served the Town with distinction, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Sicard was a dedicated member of the Town of
Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals for twenty-five years, dating
from September 14, 1967 through December 31, 1992, and
WHEREAS, the Town grew dramatically since he first took
office, and he has contributed countless hours and invaluable
guidance during the time of his membership,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, on
behalf of the residents of the Town of Queensbury, wishes to
express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Charles Sicard for the time
and effort he has so generously contributed toward making the Town
of Queensbury a better place in which to live.
Duly adopted this 22nd day of February, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mr. Brandt
