RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 137, 93

WHEREAS, Agreements have been presented at this meeting, which
Agreements provide for certain monetary compensation rather than
complete restoration in certain instances where sewer pipes or
other facilities were installed upon persons' property granting an
easement to the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the payment of the sums indicated in the Agreements to
Terry & Connie Howk, Mark Steele, and Quaker Village Development
Corporation, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the payment of said amounts shall be paid for
from the Quaker Road Sewer Fund, Account #32-l930-4400, which
account shall be reimbursed by funds retained from the contractor
in connection with such restoration work.
Duly adopted this 22nd day of February, l993, by the following
