REGARDING SEWER RESTORATION AGREEMENTS
RESOLUTION NO. 152, 93

WHEREAS, Agreements were presented on February 22, 1993, which
provided for certain monetary compensation rather than complete
restoration in certain instances where sewer pipes or other
facilities were installed upon persons' property granting an
easement to the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury authorized
the payment of the sums indicated in the Agreements to Terry &
Connie Howk, Mark Steele, and Quaker Village Development
Corporation from Account No.: 32-1930-4400 and it has been learned
that a different account should be used,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the payment of said amounts shall be paid for
from the Quaker Road Sewer Fund, Account #76-8150-289, which
account shall be reimbursed by funds from the Contract 7 Belden
Corporation Retainage Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that resolution no.: 137, 93 shall be amended as
herein provided.
