RESOLUTION AMENDING TOWN OF QUEENSBURY PURCHASING PROCEDURES

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury presently has in effect,
Purchasing Procedures, last revised on January 11, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of amending the said Purchasing Procedures by adding the following
language under GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE TO PURCHASES:
"Price quotes, whether verbal or written, shall be kept
confidential until AFTER purchase orders are approved;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends the Purchasing Procedures by adding the language as written
hereinabove.
Duly adopted this 1st day of March, 1993, by the following
vote:

Brandt
