WHEREAS, the Glens Falls Area Habitat for Humanity has
requested permission to conduct a Walk-A-Thon for the benefit of
their organization, as follows:

College (Letter on file dated 3/12/93 from
organization regarding exact route of the run)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
acknowledges receipt of proof of insurance from the Glens Falls
Area Habitat for Humanity to hold their Walk-A-Thon in the Town of
Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that Town Board approval of this event be subject to
the approval by the Town Highway Superintendent, which may be
revoked due to concern for road conditions at any time up to date
and time of the event.
