RESOLUTION REGARDING LEAD AGENCY - EURASIAN WATERMILFOIL

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has been
provided with a copy of a letter dated April 26, 1993, wherein the
Adirondack Park Agency has requested that the Town determine its
interest in acting as lead agency or an involved agency, in
connection with a proposed plan by the Adirondack Park Agency, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Adirondack Park Agency proposes to
establish a general permit for the hand harvesting of Myriophyllum
Spicatum (Eurasian watermilfoil),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
consents to the Adirondack Park Agency being the lead agent for the
proposed action described in the preambles of this resolution.
Duly adopted this 24th day of May, 1993, by the following
vote:
