RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND THE WARREN WASHINGTON REGIONAL
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of entering into a
written contract with The Warren Washington Regional Economic
Development Corporation, and
WHEREAS, a copy of the aforesaid contract has been reviewed
and approved, in form, by the Town Attorney of the Town of
Queensbury, and is hereby presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of the contract between The Warren Washington Regional
Economic Development Corporation and the Town of Queensbury,
presented at this meeting, and hereby authorizes and directs the
Town Supervisor of the Town of Queensbury to execute the same, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that payment due on said contract shall be paid from
the appropriate, budgeted account.
Duly adopted this 7th day of June, 1993, by the following
