RESOLUTION REGARDING COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS FOR JUCKETT REZONING
RESOLUTION NO. 365, 93

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Town Board of the
Town of Queensbury a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions concerning certain property owned by Stanley A.
Juckett and Beverly D. Juckett,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor of the Town of Queensbury to execute
the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and to place the seal
or arrange to place the seal of the corporation of the Town of
Queensbury on the document and to affix the same by order of the
Town Board of the Town of Queensbury as well as signed the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
Duly adopted this 21st day of June, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mr. Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Goetz,
Mr. Brandt
