RESOLUTION REQUESTING INVENTORY OF STREET LIGHTS
RESOLUTION NO. 414, 93

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Cost Control Associates through agreement with the Town of
Queensbury has performed various audits of the telephone, electric,
and gas bills being incurred by the Town, and
WHEREAS, Cost Control Associates has recommended that the Town
request that Niagara Mohawk do a complete inventory of the Town's
street lights and has advised that this could be done at no cost,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to make written request and complete
such other documents that may be necessary on behalf of the Town to
request that Niagara Mohawk do a complete inventory of all Town
street lights, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury would
request that the inventory be completed within three months from
today's date.
