RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT PLANNER
RESOLUTION NO.: 432, 93 MOTION DEFEATED

WHEREAS, the position of Assistant Planner has previously been
created in the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, in
accordance with the Civil Service Law, hereby appoints Ms. Susan H.
Cipperly as Assistant Planner at an annual salary of $23,500.00
prorated to be paid from Account #1-8020-1610, said appointment to
commence on Monday, August 16, 1993, and said appointment to be
provisional in accordance with the Civil Service Laws and carry a
probationary period in accordance with the letter to be sent to the
appointee by the Town Supervisor.
Duly adopted this 2nd day of August, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mr. Tucker, Mr. Brandt
NOES : Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Geotz
