EXTENSION
RESOLUTION NO. 461.93

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the contact person for the SEQRA Review of Hudson Pointe
Planned Unit Development, Mr. James Martin, to issue a written
notice to the applicant that the Town Board desires an additional
period of thirty days (30) to determine completeness of the EIS
in accordance with 617.8b2.
