RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF FIRE SERVICE AWARDS

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by previous
Local Law, has established a Fire Service Awards Program, and
WHEREAS, the Local Law provides for payment of service awards
to the following participants, in amounts which have been
determined in accordance with the aforesaid Local Law,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves payment of Fire Service Awards to the above-named fire
fighters, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to take such steps as may be
necessary to provide for such payment.
