RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL BANK
RESOLUTION NO.: 487, 93

RESOLVED, that pursuant to §64, Subdivision 1 of the Town Law
of the State of New York, Chemical Bank is hereby designated as a
depository for the funds of the Town of Queensbury for the 1993
fiscal year, subject to the terms and provisions of this
resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that authority be and hereby is delegated to the
Town Supervisor to determine the accounts and the amounts to be
deposited in said bank, provided however, in the event that
deposits shall exceed the amount insured by the Federal Deposit
Insurance Act, the same shall be secured in accordance with the
provisions of General Municipal Law §10.
Duly adopted this 30th day of August, 1993, by the following
