RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RETENTION OF THE SERVICES OF HAANEN
ENGINEERING
RESOLUTION NO. 502, 93

WHEREAS, it is the Town of Queensbury's intention to obtain certain
engineering review and work concerning drainage issues involving
Homestead Village, Hidden Hills and Applehouse Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board finds its appropriate to retain the
services of Haanen Engineering in accordance with the terms of a
proposal dated September 7, 1993 providing that the cost shall not
exceed $2,900.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the retention of the services of Haanen Engineering at a
cost not to exceed $2,900. to be paid for from the 1-1440-440 and
be it further
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
Haanen Engineering for the services to be rendered such agreement
to first be approved as to form by the Town Attorney for the Town
of Queensbury.
