RESOLUTION REGARDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN MR. ED HOLOHAN AND TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY
RESOLUTION NO. 503, 93

RESOLVED, that the Town Attorney is hereby authorized to contact Ed
Holohan and if Mr. Holohan is available to provide services enter
into an agreement with Mr. Holohan for the provisions of services
in connection with the ambulance service awards workup necessary
for the proposition to be on the ballot in November and be it
further
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes an expenditure of funds
not to exceed $3,000. and to be paid for from the general
contingency account.
