WATER DISTRICT EXTENSION

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Water Department and Town Attorney's Office working
together to file the permits with DEC and the Department of Health
to allow an extension of the water district and supply the area of
the Pasco AvenueExtension with water.
Duly adopted this 13th day of September, 1993, by the following
vote:
