RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby acknowledges that a hearing
was held that Mr. Bapp did not speak at the hearing or apparently
attend and that the original order and resolution of the Board
remains in effect and Mr. Bapp is asked to comply with the terms
and provisions of the same.
Duly adopted this 13th day of September, 1993, by the following
vote:
