REQUEST FOR RETURN OF INTEREST

RESOLVED, that the Town Attorney is hereby authorized to contact
Southworth Machinery and request the return certain interest paid
on an equipment purchase consisting of a wheel loader, serial
number 22Z2555 pending or subject to the Attorneys first reviewing
the minutes of August of 1989 of the Town Board and subject to the
Attorney also reviewing that part of the tape which would contains
Town Board conversations concerning resolution number 176 of 1988.
