RESOLUTION NAMING HOVEY POND
RESOLUTION NO. 525, 93

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Michel Brandt
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has established a Town Park
between Glenwood Avenue and LaFayette Street in the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of establishing a name for the said Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
designates the aforesaid Park as Hovey Pond Park, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the aforesaid official Park name shall be the
official name of the said Town Park and shall be so referred to on
all official documentation used within the Town of Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 20th day of September, 1993, by the
following vote:
AYES: Mr. Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Goetz,
Mr. Brandt
