RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT CONCERNING USE OF FACILITIES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, there has been presented at this meeting, a proposed
agreement for the use of the Queensbury Senior Citizens Center in
the event that it is needed for disaster relief activities by the
Red Cross,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town of Queensbury hereby approves the
agreement and further authorizes the Town Supervisor to complete
and fill in any blanks that exist in the agreement and also
complete the information on the facility and the mass facility
survey and execute the agreement and take such other and further
steps as may be necessary to implement the terms and provisions of
this agreement, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that this agreement shall be maintained on file with
the Town Clerk's Office.
Duly adopted this 27th day of September, 1993, by the
