It is worth noting that the custom steel post bases and the carriage bolt connections at the post/beam do differ from the original Contract Documents but are acceptable alternatives to the original design. Thus,to the best of my knowledge the exterior renovation has been completed in accordance with the approved drawings dated January 16,2019 and subsequent written Addendum dated February 25, 2019.
