WHEREAS, an assessment proceeding in the matter of Edward A.
Brablc versus Helen Otte has been brought against the Town of
Queensbury and a proposed settlement of that action has been
offered,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the settlement of the action such that the amount of the
assessment for the year 1993 on the assessment roll shall be
$282,500.00.

vote:
