RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF BRIEN N. GIDLOW
AS OFFICIAL CONTACT PERSON

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, O'Brien and Gere has requested approval of Brien N.
Gidlow as the Supervising Engineer and Official Town Board Contact
Person and is also advised that Mr. Anthony J. Geiss will serve as
Client Coordinator for all projects with the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
indicates it's approval of Mr. Brien N. Gidlow in accordance with
the terms and provisions of the contract between the parties and
authorizes the Town Supervisor to send any written correspondence
concerning the same that may be necessary.
Duly adopted this 25th day of October, 1993, by the following
vote:
