RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY
CITY OF GLENS FALLS CONCERNING THE LANDFILL

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been presented at this
meeting, which agreement addresses the Town of Queensbury and City
of Glens Falls legal and financial relationship concerning the
Ridge Road Landfill and the two Transfer Stations operated within
the Town of Queensbury for solid waste disposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the agreement presented at this meeting, and authorizes
the Town Supervisor to execute the agreement and forward the same
to the City of Glens Falls for its approval.
Duly adopted this 6th day of December, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Tucker
