RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE - DAFFNER AND TANG
RESOLUTION NO. 724.93

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
authorized the retention of the services of Daffner and Tang and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of providing for further funds
for work being performed by the Attorneys
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes an additional sum of $2,250.00 to be expended with the
afore services by Daffner and Tang with the cost of the services to
be paid for from the Town Attorney Misc. Contractual Account.
