RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVOCABLE PERMIT TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME
OUTSIDE OF A MOBILE HOME COURT FOR ROBERT SANDERS, JR.

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside
of mobile home parks pursuant to §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Sanders, Jr. has filed an application to
replace his old mobile home with a new mobile home at property
situated at 538 Sanders Road, Queensbury, New York, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury held a
public hearing with regard to the aforesaid permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the issuance of a revocable permit in accordance with
the terms and provisions of §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 6th day of December, 1993, by the following
vote:
