WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of arranging for the movement of one 100 watt high pressure sodium
street light on the east side of Bay Road at across from Glenwood
Avenue to the west side of Bay Road on the corner of Glenwood
Avenue,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor of the Town of Queensbury
shall make all arrangements through Niagara Mohawk Power
Corporation.
Duly adopted this 20th day of December, 1993, by the following
vote:
