RESOLUTION APPROVING LANDFILL CLOSURE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Pliney Tucker
WHEREAS, in accordance with the contract for state assistance
payments for municipal landfill closure projects between the Town
of Queensbury and the New York State Dept. of Environmental
Conservation, the Town has developed a Project Management Plan, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Project Management Plan has been
submitted at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the Project Management Plan described in the preambles of
this resolution, and authorizes the Town Supervisor to submit the
same to the New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation.
Duly adopted this 27th day of December, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Brandt
NOES: None
